In the never-ending quest for quality the Wemyss family have been sourcing newly distilled spirit from the foremost Scottish malt distillieries to mature in carefully selected quality oak casks.
Patiently matured by the Wemyss family, the whisky is selected for blending and bottling only on when the spirit and wood are in perfect harmony.
Blooming Gorse is a blend of two single malt whiskies from the Northern Highlands region that have been matured in a combination of 1st fill bourbon barrels and hogsheads.
