Brora Distillery
About Brora Distillery:
The Brora Distillery was built in 1819 by the Marquess of Stafford. It was originally known as Clynelish until the Clynelish Distillery opened in 1968. Brora distillery was mothballed in early 1983 but production resumed in 2021 after 3 years of building work. They have taken every effort to try and replicate the equipment, processes and conditions from Brora to recreate the spirit for the distillery is famous.
