Watt Whisky
As a team of two, Mark & Kate, have over 40 years experience in the Scotch Whisky industry between them and, after many years working for other people, they decided in 2019 they time was right to launch their own independent bottling company, Watt Whisky.
In April 2020, they bottled their first cask and had their first general release of 5 casks in September 2020.
Interesting fact; Mark Watt has synaesthesia - in that he sees taste as colours, so the labels on the bottle matches up with what he sees/tastes.
