The Tasting Notes
Nose
Dominant notes of salty brine and barbeque smoke with plum jam and manuka honey.
Palate
Char-grilled sweet red peppers, sweetcorn and salted hazelnuts. Undertones of dates and blueberries.
Finish
Continuing salted brine, spices of cloves and white pepper and a persistent barbeque smoke.
