Their first fable instalment delves into the legend of ‘The Ghost Piper of Clanyard Bay’, a story hailing from the South West Coast of Scotland, close to Stranraer. They collaborated with artist Hugo Cuellar to create an enchanted world, from which label illustrations highlighting characters and scenes form a set of eleven Chapters.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Bitter tangerine peel, dark chocolate, cold brew coffee, yeast and some slightly tart white wine. Pencil shavings , toasted oak and spices on the back end - cinnamon.
Taste: Bitter tangerine peel, dark chocolate, cold brew coffee, yeast and some slightly tart white wine. Pencil shavings , toasted oak and spices on the back end - cinnamon. With water added - slightly creamy, lemon curd, lemon barley sweetness.
Finish: More chalk , liquorice, vanilla, lemon candy, pineapple, and pear, wee touch of spiced oak in the back. The finish is medium - short, creamy, soft, stemmed ginger.
