Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Cask Strength, natural colour, non chill filtered as always.
A super interesting single refill bourbon hogshead. When I was going through the warehouse samples planning for this year I thought I had mislabeled the sample, so went back into the warehouse to retake the sample. This was peaty, Dailuaine isn't supposed to be peaty!
A look at the other end of the cask and a check of the documents, ex Islay hogshead. A very pleasant surprise and one of the things we love about single cask whisky, the wee curiosities, surprises and stories.
Label is made to look like the old Dailuaine locomotive on the Speyside line.
