The Tasting Notes
Notes of cherry menthol, red cola, date syrup and black forest gateaux welcome us to this fully Oloroso matured Hazelburn. Soft fudge and caramel notes develop over time.
Rich yet balanced on the palate, there are notes of toffee apple, leather-bound books, demerara sugar and creme brulee.
A lingering finish, there are notes of rum-soaked raisins and vanilla sponge.

This release of Hazelburn has been matured entirely in Oloroso sherry casks. One of only 9,000 bottles produced.
