UNDELIVERED ITEMS
On occasion we get items / orders returned to us.
Royal Mail/PARCELFORCE will often leave a card if you haven't been available, however we understand that in some cases this doesn't happen.
PLEASE check with us if you haven't received your order within 7 days (or check 'Your Account' area for tracking information).
If your item has been sent - PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE / DEPOT.
If your item has been sent - PLEASE CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT - You can find your tracking number when clicking through to Parcelforce/Royal Mail website, please contact Parcelforce to search for your parcel: 0844 800 4466
If your item / order is returned to us - there will be a further delivery charge.
If you do not wish to pay this - then the cost of the original goods will be refunded - the original postage cost is not refundable in this case.
YOU MUST Contact us to open a claim within 30 days of dispatch for us to investigate any delivery not completed or missing.
