Introducing Sule Skerry Gin, a bold and captivating gin from the Orkney Gin Company, inspired by the rugged beauty of the westernmost point of the Orkney Islands - a lonesome skerry with only a lighthouse and thousands of solan birds, which the skerry was named after. This hand-crafted New-Western style gin features a unique blend of botanicals inspired by the perfect balance of ingredients in traditional craft cola. Its innovative recipe showcases familiar flavours such as orange zest, nutmeg, cardamom, and cinnamon, with a gently caramelised finish that evokes nostalgia, while still preserving the traditional juniper-forward flavour of gin.
A Beautiful Tribute to Orkney
Encased in a stunning bottle designed in-house by Erin Watt, featuring Orkney’s iconic sunrises, sunsets, and the Sule Skerry Lighthouse, the label showcases a majestic gannet (solan) soaring over the seas. A mystical selkie, inspired by local folklore, and our brand, adds a touch of enchantment to the design.
