Details
Aberlour whisky was born in the Speyside village of Aberlour, made with local spring water from the Ben Rinnes and barley, now locally sourced from the fields near their distillery.
They mature single malt in two different casks: American oak ans Spanish sherry. Their rich flavours infuse their whisky over time.
After sixteen years, their craftsmen bring the spirits in both casks together. This is an art, not a science, to get just the right balance of depth and flavour.
