The Tasting Notes
Nose
Sweet aromas of toffee-apples, vanilla-custard, nutmeg and white chocolate.
Palate
Fairly creamy with notes of citrus zest, green apple, honey, all-butter shortbread and cinnamon.
Finish
Moderately spiced with white pepper and star anise, and underlying tones of caramelised pear, hazelnuts and continuing vanilla.
