Tasting notes:
Colour: Reflective gold
Nose: Bright and fruity with gooseberry and ripe peach, fresh oak and cocoa powder provide a lovely frame, but note the savoury component that delivers a certain oomph
Palate: Has a wonderful presence on the tongue with flavors that are more sweet than savoury with a prickly pepperiness that moves towards a malty cerealness
Finish: Long and lasting with bright fruit, chunky orange marmalade, and candied cinnamon
