Tasting notes:
Colour: dark gold.
Nose: rich and complex: dates, prunes, and stewed raisins mix with cardamom pod and cinnamon spice, with time a zesty orange peel freshness develops.
Taste: creamy with a mouthwarming spiciness, bountiful rich orange follows stewed raisins. Marzipan, cinnamon, and ginger unite reminiscent of a light fruitcake.
Finish: delicate with lingering notes of oak, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
