Distilled in 2013 at Auchentoshan Distillery near Glasgow, this Lowland single malt was matured for 13 years and finished in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts before bottling for Signatory Vintage’s Monuments of Scotland Collection.
Each release in the series features an iconic Scottish landmark on the label. This edition celebrates St Andrews Cathedral, once the largest church in Scotland and the centre of medieval Scottish Christianity. Although largely destroyed during the Protestant Reformation, its impressive ruins remain one of the country's most visited historic sites.
Bottled by Signatory Vintage without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.
