For years, evangelists asked us to create a non chill-filtered high strength edition of the acclaimed Auchentoshan Classic, which has been matured in predominantly first-fill North American Bourbon casks. Valinch was born. This small batch release has the depth of taste, flavour and texture associated with sampling whisky at source.
Creme Brulee on the nose and an invigorating orange zest on the tongue. A lingering finish which is sweet and crisp.
