The Tasting Notes
A mild nose for its strength. Sweet and fresh. Ground almonds are immediately apparent, even dry marzipan. Acetone. Some dark chocolate behind (this develops towards milk chocolate). Becomes nuttier all the time.
Takes a fair amount of water. Light and fresh; pleasant mouthfeel. Sweetish start, some acidity.
Surprisingly dry, fairly short – all well balanced.

Auchroisk 10 Year Old is part of Diageo's renowned Flora & Fauna series, a collection created to showcase the character of Scotland's lesser-known distilleries.
Matured for 10 years, this Speyside single malt offers a lighter style and has become a well-established bottling within the Flora & Fauna range. Produced as one of the original releases in the series, it remains a popular way to explore the distinctive character of Auchroisk.
