This 2006 Aultmore is a single cask bottling for Douglas Laing's Old Particular range of whisky.
Distilled July 2006.

Nose - Toffee apples, Christmas pudding and Chantilly cream with dried fruits.
Palate - Glazed nuts, warm pecan pie, vanilla custard, citrus fruits and white pepper.
Finish - Charred oak, toasted barley, with the fruits turning perfectly to spice.
