This 2009 Aultmore is a single cask bottling for Douglas Laing's Old Particular range of whisky.
Distilled June 2009.

Nose - Heaps of fresh vanilla with ripe bananas and an American whiskey style.
Palate - Immediately there's a maple syrup sweetness developing to honey'd barley.
Finish - Baking spice with fresh oak, buttery pastry and wood shavings.
