The Tasting Notes
Nose
Redcurrant combines with apple and vanilla fudge. Subtle dried strawberry comes to the fore alongside hints of ginger.
Palate
Sweet and creamy notes of raspberry, giving way to orange pieces. Rich milk chocolate develops, accompanied by soft pepper and mature oak.
Finish
Full and long with blackcurrant and lingering spice.
