This Balblair, from Gordon & MacPhail's Distillery Labels range in aged for 21 Years aged in Refiill Bourbon Barrels.. A smooth a delicate dram.
Colour - Pale gold.
Nose - Delicate sweet vanilla and honey aromas with apricot, green apple and hints of toasted malt.
Palate - Sweet and creamy on the palate with ripe banana, raspberry and marzipan flavours complemented by hints of heather and honey.
Body - Light to Medium.
Finish - Medium and creamy with lingering sweet honey.
Distilled at Balblair Distillery, and bottled by Gordon & MacPhail
