The intense fruitiness of Williams pears, all harvested and distilled in the Anjou region (famous land of orchards) combined harmoniously with the delicate complexity of Cognac, worldwide renowned for its eaux-de-vie. Created by Maison Brillet, whose origin in the Charente region dates back to 17th century, Belle de Brillet is a French Pear and Cognac liqueur. It is the equivalent of 18 pears that are needed to make 70cl of Belle de Brillet. Intense, tasty and delicate. In this elixir, you cannot find any added flavours, colouring, caramel or neutral alcohol. Versatile, it can be enjoyed as much as an aperitif or digestif, over ice or in cocktails.
