Cask type/style: Peated / Oloroso Sherry Cask
Colour: Polished red wood.
Nose: Wood smoke infused plum juice, cocoa dusted dates and a pinch of vanilla pod seeds, all warmed by a gentle spice oak finish.
Taste: Sweet peat and milk chocolate hold soft waves of vanilla pod, a contrasting white pepper spice and vibrant toasted oak.
