Benromach Peat Smoke Sherry Cask is only ever produced in very small batches, using the finest Scottish barley malted with high levels of peat smoke at 57ppm. Finished in first-fill sherry hogshead casks, there are appealing sweet vanilla and stewed fruit aromas with citrus and summer berry flavours, finishing with peat smoke and ginger.
