Benromach 45 Year Old is the result of four and a half decades of careful maturation in both American Hogsheads and ex Sherry casks. The marriage of these casks has combined to create a single malt of exceptional depth, complexity and balance.

Benromach 45 Year Old is dark amber in colour. Rich sherry aromas combine with brown sugar and a hint of citrus zest. Fragrant cooked apples lead to an edge of sweet, dark honey. The palate is smooth with milk chocolate and leathery richness, balanced by a soft white pepper. Subtle oak notes develop, leading to a long and full, slightly drying finish of red berries and mild spice.
