Benromach Gift Pack, 3x20cl

A fantastic new gift pack from Benromach Distillery, featuring 20cl bottlings of their 10 year old, 15 year old and their 2012 vintage cask strength release.

Benromach 10 Year Old Tasting Notes:
Colour: Golden Amber.
Aroma: Sweet green apple and pear complement creamy dark honey. Soft vanilla develops alongside gentle smoke.
Palate:Smooth flavours of malted cereal and stewed fruit combine with warm toffee and a hint of black cherry.
Finish: Full bodied finish with malted cereal and soft smoke.

Benromach 15 Year Old Tasting Notes:
Colour: Dark Amber.
Aroma: Aromas of sweet toffee leading to notes of cracked black pepper and peat smoke. Rich forest fruits develop with dark chocolate and dried banana.
Palate: Creamy and sweet with ripe apples and an undertone of charred oak. Dark chocolate develops and leads to toasted malt and orange peel with a subtle hint of smoke.
Finish: Medium creamy finish with soft smoke and dried fruit.

Benromach 2012 Vintage Tasting Notes:
Colour: Light Mahogany.
Aroma: Vanilla pod and fruit cake aromas with hints of dark chocolate. Festive spices give way to citrus fruit and charred oak.
Palate: Black pepper on the palate initially, leading to orange zest and stewed fruit. Red berries and subtle ginger spice.
Finish: Long and full with lingering sulatana and soft smoke.
