Official notes from Douglas Laing:
The nose is full of rich spices with a hint of charred wood and burnt brown sugar sweetness. The palate initially reveals honeycomb and barley before developing to peached in syrup and ripe bananas. The long finish shows a creamy, gristy style with apple peel and cinnamon.
