Tasting Notes:
Peach cobbler with stewed red fruits on the nose. Plus tobacco and warming allspice. The palate has a sweet meat character initially, then comes malted barley and burnt brown sugar. The long and warming finish shows red apples, cinnamon, buttery pastry and chewed leather.
