Distilled one typically balmy but bracing, tempestuous then calm day on their magical island of Islay, their Bowmore 1988 has been matured for 24 long years in first-fill bourbon casks, which help to bring out the malt's - and the island's - rich complexity. Only 300 bottles have been released to celebrate the Feis Ile 2013.
