Breath is sticky sweet dates, delicious maple syrup and walnuts thrown on a smouldering fire.
Sip ripe figs and dates wrapped in a smoky velvet-peat blanket, and coffee laced with orange and cinnamon.
Savour the long and lightly drying finish with subtle hints of caviar, plum skins and coffee.

Distilled at Bowmore in 1991 and bottled in 2012 at 21 years old for the President’s Selection, this Islay single malt was matured in a sherry cask.
The cask was originally filled in August 1991 under the direction of former Suntory chairman Keizo Saji. Following his passing in 1999, the cask remained at Bowmore until 2012, when his son returned to Islay and donated it to the employees of Morrison Bowmore.
This bottling was never released for general sale and was bottled at natural cask strength of 55.5% ABV.
