Nose - Stewing fruits with a spiced wood quality give way to a gently smokiness.
Palate - Sticky plum jam with juicy barley developing to peat smoke with a cinnamon warmth.
Finish - Lingers wonderfully with a marmalade tang plus charred oak and creamy toffee.
