A half-used Cuban cigar down the back of a sherry-soaked chesterfield (in a good way)
Palate
Liquorice & aniseed hard sweets with a waft of smoky fruits.
Finish
Salty, peppery, gingery lemon slice.

Distilled in February 2015 and bottled in March 2026, this 11 year old Bowmore single malt whisky was released as part of North Star Spirits Series 27. One of 180 bottles produced.
Un-chill filtered and presented at natural colour.
