Details
“A celebration of true Bunnahabhain whisky character that delivers a burst of golden raisins, toasted nuts and a gentle spice.” Andrew Brown, Distillery Manager.
This 12 Year Old Cask Strength Bunnahabhain is matured on the remote, north-eastern coastline of the Isle of Islay. Our location impacts our whisky in a big way, drawing on the abundance of clear spring water and ever-changing coastal climate to deliver a unique, unpeated Islay single malt whisky.
Bottled at cask strength, the rich flavours showcase the classic sherry influenced house style of Bunnahabhain.
This annual release bottling can be enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to encourage more floral scents, followed by caramel and vanilla on the palate.
CASK MAKE UP: A celebration of Bunnahabhain house style. This Cask Strength release has been predominantly matured in second fill Oloroso sherry casks, revealing a nuanced, distillate-led profile where coastal malt, gentle spice and subtle sherry influence shine through.
Non-Chill Filtered and no added colour.
