This Islay beauty opens with sweet sugar-coated pear drops, lime and peach. On the palate, anticipate honey, stewed green fruits, cough drops, menthol and gentle peat smoke. The finish is distinctly maritime with smoke-dried barley, leather and burnt lemon-filled filo pastry
