Exotic spices mingle with peat, sweet tobacco and a touch of sea salt.
Very interesting dram. The Islay peat and phenols are there, but they are very well balanced, combining seamlessly with dark toffee, salted caramel, Demerara sugar and dry roasted peanuts. A spicy, peppery note emerges towards the end.
