Bunnahabhain 28 Year Old, Wemyss Malts' Untold Riches

Some might say that Untold Riches, aged 28 years, a single malt scotch whisky, is an unusual bottli
ng for a family of blenders to release. However the same careful selection of casks and the considered art of blending was required to bring this whisky to life.

To create this malty-sweet Islay whisky their blenders carefully selected 31 hogsheads and sherry butts from several parcels of decades old, unpeated Bunnahabhain casks to blend a single malt with a depth of untold riches.

The resulting whisky has an abundance of cereal rich and dried fruit flavours, an oily, mouth-coating body with a subtle saffron spice finish. It has been bottled at 49.1% abs; a strength found to be an ideal complement to the whisky's flavours as well as being no chill-filtered and natural colour.
