Part of Cooper’s Choice's The Golden Cut Collection, this heavily peated Islay single malt was matured for many years in American oak cask #0070 before receiving additional ageing in a Ruby Port pipe.
The combination of rich peat smoke and Port cask influence creates a distinctive whisky, where notes of bonfire smoke, sweet malt and aged leather are complemented by layers of dark berry fruit and juicy blackberry character.
Bottled in 2025 and non-chill filtered.
