A true product of Haiti produced at 46% and aged for 5 years.
Tasting notes..
Nose - Latte with chocolate sprinkles some marzipan and toasted almonds.
Palate - Honeycomb and brown sugar melted over a rich spicy fruit loaf with caramel and hints of fresh roasted coffee beans.
Finish - More of the middle palate with a slight increase in spices and steeped fruits.
