First made to serve at the wedding of the Cairn O' Mohr winemakers Ron and Judith, this satisfying sparkling wine was originally composed of a confection of oak leaves and elderflowers. Gooseberries have been added over the years (hence the small name change), and if it tastes of anything else it would be yellow apples, pineapple chunks and cream
