Caithness Highland Gin is a delicious blend of citrus and fruit flavours. The hero local ingredients of this gin are rhubarb grown on the croft and salmonberries picked from the Strath of Latheronwheel. Distilled with a strong juniper led flavour and fresh lime peel, this gin is smooth with a citrus undertone.
