Official notes from Douglas Laing:
On the nose, detect Grandpa Fred's garden shed, fallen trees, walnuts and blackberry gums. There is warming hot chocolate on the palate, moving back to blackberry then blackcurrant chews. The finish is medium-long with toasted oak, salted vanilla ice cream and a lemon zesty quality.
