The Tasting Notes
Nose
Opens roundly sweet, and full of bourbon, coffee, plus later citrus and cereal.
Palate
More (Arabica) coffee on the palate ahead of liquorice and slightly burnt vanilla toffee.
Finish
The coffee finish now carries cream and sugar, ahead of the whisky.
