This release is from Caol Ila Distillery, aged for 10 years.

Bursting with Islay character on the nose - expect streaky bacon and peated barley. The palate delivers more of that smoky style - bonfire ash and charred oak - alongside and earthy yet sugary sweet style. The finish is long with cured meats, washed-up seaweed and damp leather.
