On the nose, expect immediately oceanic, west cost of Scotland character, with exciting yet subtle phenols coming through. The palate reveals leather, malted barley, spices and a honey-glazed smoked meat quality. The finish is exceptional, with more peat smoke, dried citric fruits and oak bonfire embers. Delicious.
