Tasting notes:
Colour: dark gold.
Nose: sweet, smoky, and salty, Reminiscent of honey-glazed Dry cured meats, fol lowed By fresh mango, apricot, and Banana h ighlighted with zesty Lime and rich vanilla custard.
Taste: initial sweet honey And vanilla develops into a Warming white pepper and Dried ginger spiciness. Tropical Fruits add a delicious juicy Character to the smoky edge.
Finish: long and smoky With subtle spices and Lingering bonfire embers.
