Nose: Polished oak and leather, perfect slow roasted meat and a redcurrant jelly.
Palate: Strawberries to start then bursting with a maritime, salt and pepper and smoky quality.
Finish: Long and lingering, toasted barley, damp bonfire ash and late sweetness.
