Mature and mellow. Slow matured, mellow and golden, it has a soft centre and a deep fruitiness, as if it were a favourite uncle. Warm, smooth and cosseting.
Tasting Notes:
Colour - Burnished copper
Aroma - Natural, gentle fruits, pears, plums, pineapples, gooseberry. In time, rich and complex.
Palate - Rich, smooth textured and sweet, a fruity core cradled by rich chocolaty flavours and textures.
Finish - Complex, long, smooth and drying, rich in cocoa.
