Chateau De Fieuzal Pessac-Leognan 2012

The wines of Château de Fieuzal have a distinct allure that is inseparable from the place from which they are grown. Fieuzal red is a delightfully complex blend of multiple grape varieties, authentically expressing the vineyard’s incredible diversity. Aged for an average of 12 months in French Oak barrels, the wine is elegant, confidently expressive and dynamic throughout the whole of its lifetime.

Weather conditions during 2012 were excellent from May to August, but this was followed by a tricky period from mid-September onwards. The whites are rich and aromatic, and the reds are, in a word, remarkable: balanced, opulent and with perfect levels of acidity.
