- Harvesting: Mechanical harvesting using state-of-the-art equipment ensures optimal grape selection.
- Vinification: A 72-hour cold maceration precedes a 10-day alcoholic fermentation, followed by a 30-day maceration under the marc to extract tannic structure and enhance the wine's qualities.
- Ageing: The wine matures for 18 months, with 80% in new French oak barrels, 10% in used French oak barrels, and 10% in cement tanks, imparting depth and complexity.
