Clarendon 2013 10 Year Old Rum Sponge No. 25

This is Rum Sponge Edition No.25. It is a mix of two barrels of Clarendon rum from Jamaica. The 2011 is a Monymusk and they do not know when it was landed in the UK., the 2013 is a Clarendon with the mark EMB and the cask was matured in Jamaica before landing in the UK in 2019.

Decadent drinks loved both of these casks which were each slightly lower in level than expected and had thus undergone a rather concentrative maturation which enhanced all the lovely, silly, funky Jamaican goodness. They mixed them together and re-racked them into the same two barrels to allow the mix to marry. This is the first half of this mix which they have bottled with a few degrees reduction at 57.1%, they will bottle the rest at some point in the future. Unless it gets stolen or eaten by Mother Nature.
