Distilled October 1997, bottled September 2018, from one Refill Hogshead - DL12014 Natural Cask Strength, Natural Colour - No Chill Filtration.

Official notes from Douglas Laing:
The nose is buttery with milky cereal developing to coconut cream and sugary shortbread. The thick and moreish palate shows malted barley, allspice, and warm pastry with stewed apples. The finish lingers nicely with hints of tangerine, poached pears and mint, then a creamy oak character.
